I had high hopes with the company that it will be good. Customer Care is good whenever I call, they answer, however, what disappoint me was they don't have an escalation department on weekends (Saturday-Sunday) which is a terrible experience. The compensation provided is not even available in the market, it was not fair in the first place. Resulting to, I had to wait on weekdays for the resolution, turn around time is 24-48 hours excluding weekends. Now, I won't be at peace too, as I will hand over the car to the garage, take note, I have a long way to process, since this job card will only be given after the repair plus will be subject to their approval.

It's very frustrating and unprofessional to be ignored like this. I expected much better service from a company of this size. They take a very long time to send the approval, they took 3 weeks!!! and also they dont send you the garages list quickly you need to wait more than 24hours just for the list of the garages that u can take your car to, very unnecessary procedures just to buy themselves some time. knowing that its not safe to drive my car and im keeping it in the garage, when i call the insurance to make them approve faster there is one guy that always tells me “you dont have to keep your car there” !!!!!!!! like i want to keep my car there and have no car right?! anyways after 3 weeks when u get the approval, and the garage sent the LPO to the insurance they still did not reply for more than. 1 week so that the garage can start repairing ! I will complete 1 month without a car because of nonsense procedures and wasting time for no real reason :)

They only advertise a phone number for call centre who are not authorised to do anything but to promise you to send an email to the managment who never responded. The customer service told me they found 35 urgent request and no one answer. They are the biggest scammer in the world. Very bad service I need legal advice to see if we can get a real compensation for this delay asap

Very poor customer service. I received a medical insurance cancellation certificate PDF file. When I applied for for Daman insurance in New visa it's Not work. Then he told me wait until 30 days when the old validity time expired then we issue new one. Now I must need to pay the penalty fee. Because my old company didn't renew for one year 2nd fedility company give me a cancellation certificate it's not work because it's not updated in the system of (DOH). I never recommend to anyone fedility company insurance...... Penalty fee is 4500+ AED. Now if make case in Tehsil it's will take 2 month to transfer the penalty fine to old company. Very poor customer service. Now if you say sorry. Your sorry can't return back my visa and 4500 AED money.

Once they have the approval they will provide with their number to get an update but no one will answer or reply on whats app. My car was total loss and every week i have to go and beg them for my own money literally. Zero customer service no one knows whats going on and how to process works. It’s been more than a month now since i cancelled and transferred my car to the insurance so they can start the process which should not take more than 2 weeks but still they don’t have any update. No replacement car was give i have been without car for almost 4 months now. Even if you were compelled, dont deal with this insurance. A big zero and disappointment
