Excellent when it comes to registering the company and obtaining residency service. Falls short on everything else. Company does not tell you that you need to register for corporation tax in UAE or include this in your cost proposals, which meant I was not aware initially and had to pay a fine when I did find out. Wanted to add my wife to the business which is the only reason I found out. Other services in-country charge slightly less but service is outstanding with one point of contact for all requirements. Here, there are different departments which do not work seemlessly at all. When I tried to leave the service, they refused to allow me to do this (Vishak) unless I had a Zoom call with their retention team manager (Nikkila), which was a way to find out why I was leaving, offer me a discount, and improve (fair enough, but I am on a schedule and my wife needs to apply for residency immediately). So this process took 3 weeks from my initial request. The NOC document I needed to move to another provider is a very simple process on a single page with 1 paragraph, which they (Habiba) charged me 900+VAT (£200GBP) for, which I cannot move to a better provider without - so I have accepted another fee from them. When I started the company formation process I was told they would work with me and introduce me to potential investors and clients (Josh) which has never happened. The fees charged are higher than many other providers which I do not mind at all provided the service is excellent. EEG falls extremely short of this expectation with a complete lack of seamless customer experience and every stage there is a new cost with a new quote (which takes between 1 - 2 days) to produce and then more fees. There is a lack of transparency of cradle to grave what needs to happen to become a legally compliant business in UAE from my experience with EEG and therefore I do not recommend their service. In fairness however, the company formation and residency of a single director was seamless and went incredibly well. Hence 2 star review. It is just everything to make the company legally compliant and to try to move to better company than EEG is made a difficult as humanly possible - I did write an E Mail with letter before legal action because even after they had my customer retention Zoom call (Nikkila and Vishak) they transferred me to a different department who did not complete the request, but tried again to retain me (Habiba). We are due to complete residency for my wife in a matter of days and this may lead to additional charges for us because of the terrible service we have received.
Company set up process is smooth but then all the hidden costs are coming up that have never been mentioned in the beginning. You’re being trapped and every few weeks you have to pay for something else

Do not sign up for information. They will flood you with emails and texts no matter how many times you ask them to stop. I was considering using them but they annoyed me so much I didn’t.

Oblige you to go through them first every detail even stuff that cost you 50 dirahns asking directly the free zone they will charge 2000 aed There are many nice companies doing this for same price and not trapping you in forever
My experience with Euro Emirates Group has dissapointing. There is no clear or consistent pricing structure charges seem arbitrary and hidden fees often surface unexpectedly. While the team is polite and persuasive during initial discussions, the follow-through lacks transparency and fairness. Services that other agencies offer at nominal rates are marked up significantly here. It gives the impression of a quick profit approach rather than a focus on genuine customer service. I recommend exercising caution and seeking full clarity before committing to any engagement with them.
Found them on Instagram and provided details. Called the same day however, they were not in a mood to listen to my needs, they were only focused on setting up a company in Dubai. Hung up abruptly when I asked them options.
Be cautious when choosing this company for setting up your business. While the initial setup process is smooth, the real costs come later, as they overcharge for nearly every service after establishment. For example, if you decide to transition away from their services, they impose an excessive AED 4,000 fee just to issue a No Objection Certificate (NOC) allowing you to manage things independently. This feels unreasonable and restrictive, so I’d advise others to consider this before committing.
Carful.. Carful.. Carful They will proceed with the documents but you'll never got a bank account opened. They'll never let you know the bank's requirements untill you pay them the fees: NBD will ask for 500K deposit in order to open an account for your company. ADCB will ask for 300K AED For a year and a half they cheated and lied shamelessly. All they care about is how to rob you of more and more money, liars on an international scale. Not honest at all, they hide a lot of information until you pay and then cheat you. They charged me an insane amount of over 45 thousand dirhams and at the end disclaimed responsibility claiming that they were not responsible. The banks warn about companies in the free zone and they simply lied to me and suggested to open two companies in the free zone for me and the banks did not respect it, the banker himself told me that, so I got back to office they just laughed and said that's not correct, 3 prime banks said the same. Their fees extremely high, they will push to open your company in the free zone in this way you aren't the real owner!!! You can't do anything without their permission and they will charge you a lot of money for every piece of paper you ask for. They will fully control your business and you will be their ATM as simple as it is.
Absolutely terrible…not one has been done as sold, or efficiently. They have deceived and changed all guidelines, and prices, the goal post continuously moves. They price as much as 800% higher than their competitors in the market for a simple VAT exemption. Then refuse to take calls when asked for a breakdown or explanation of fees. They missed important deadlines, then expect me to pay the fines. I could go on and on…. But in short. Stay away from this company at all costs, I wish i had been given this advice. It has costs me a lot of money and time, and undue stress.
Can't recommend them.. they are scammers. I was using their services and now I want to continue my business with other company and European Emirates group doesn't give permission to change my consulting agent.
Europe Emirates Group, a company that has been operating as a startup for over 20 years, and still a startup that fails to meet basic expectations. Their inability to deliver on a vast array of promised services is both shocking and disheartening. The lack of proficiency, transparency, communication, commitment fulfillment, and integrity permeates throughout the company, starting from the CEO and cascading down. This glaring deficiency in leadership and accountability casts doubt on the professionalism and reliability of Europe Emirates Group.Prospective clients should exercise extreme caution when considering their services, as your experience with them would be thoroughly disappointing.
I can only assume that the 5* are not real comments as this company is doing something well: operations and customer service but also has an unethical and not transparent business model. Once you open a company with them you are trapped into their cage. You cannot escape unless you close the company. Everything you will need you need to go through them and they charge around a 400% mark up in every tiny document you need. So this is why they invest so heavily in digital marketing, their returns are just insane. So before you open ask: cost of closing, cost of additional services, cost of additional visa, cost of a certificate or declaration, cost of renewals, etc.. Stay clear from this company.
