In contrast, the staff at the front desk were less helpful. Rather than offering direct support, they redirected my relative to different channels without making a real effort to assist her. A kind suggestion to the branch: Please ensure that senior citizens are treated with the care and respect they deserve. Many are not comfortable with advanced technology, and it's essential that your team is trained to support them with patience and dignity — just as Amala did so graciously.
