Very good service I receive check one time
I bumped my car to a footpath, damaged my car condenser and front bumper, it was my own mistake, they gave me insurance for only 350 dirhams, which is nothing compared to repairing it yourself, the condenser was perfectly replaced, AC is working like charm and bumper was installed with new one, paint was on point, I recommend Emirates Insurance out there and also the repair garage staff were nice and friendly, specially Rida himself, thank you for your great services
Easy and very convenient process of completing Vehicle Insurance Policy within 24h. No need to visit their branch, fully online and very fast attendance to calls.
Very professional team. They are quick and efficient. Nice garage to park the car for evaluation. All in all it took 15 minutes max to do all the paperwork
Great insurance, just be careful to park your car here, some heavy vehicle may hit your car even before you can make the claim for the current case. Cheers

Good endurance...but sometimes you might get a deal from a broker better in price than going directly with them This company offer third party insurance and full insurance as well... Depending on the city, you need to check list of car carafes and maintenance workshop to make sure you are OK with this list

I met with an accident (non faulty) last month ( Novemeber 2024) and I have sent a query to the insurance company on the same day. Unfortunately I have not received any reaponse till date and its been more than 25 days. Atleast they could have sent sent one acknowledgemenet response
Worst insurance ever saw when I asked agent it's fully covered insurance they said yes I ask again if I'm a faulty party then also it's fully covered . Broker said yes sir don't worry and now when I claim the insurance they are asking me 1000 aed to pay then how it's fully covered if I have to pay 1000 aed this is worst emirates insurance is a scam don't take insurance from this company I hope this review will help someone Agent name : Ahmed abdelwahab And when I call customer care they are keep forwarding call to each other and one guy said on call if you don’t have money keep your car at garage don’t pay it was very rude it’s not about money I already paid 4000 for insurance why should I pay 1000 again I didn’t sign any policy like that scam company they are using big name emirates insurance so people can trust but they are fooling people so be aware of broker and insurance company like this
I heard my gf talking on the phone with this Arvin or Alvin agent. You sounds rude and you’re not even the owner of the company. Customer is very calm and you talk very arrogant. Are you the manager of the company? You should be nice to the customer and don’t act you’re talking to small people. Please be careful on the people you are talking and be professional. The management should watch you how rude you are.

A company try to abuse their customers by creating early new insurance of 2 months overlap and ask for extra charges once the time of renewal the car, since they created lag of a month. And now I have to pay extra why ? Not cooperating, don’t be tricked by them

I had the most bitter experience and i strongly recommend avoiding this (Emirates Insurance company) at any cost when u are out shopping for your car insurance. In my case,this motor insurance was provided by the agency (Western Motors) while purchasing the vehicle 6 months back.#Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 2021. Now for the complete turn of events, I had an accident while moving out of service road parking with the oncoming vehicle coming the opposite way ( through this service road ). It was only a minor accident as both vehicles swered and avoided major damages. Only the right side of my bumper was bent as shown in the photo . ( The other vehicle had damage on his right side front and rear door area ).We moved our vehicle from service road and parked in the nearby kacha/open area. The police was informed and i was given the report as faulty (the details as mentioned in attached report). The next day i handed my vehicle to agency and they filed for insurance. My claim was denied as in attached screenshot stating ( This accident not cover "OFFROAD" ). i went to Emirates Insurance office in Mussaffah and was directed to Mr.Manna Wajeeh ( claims manager ), he said he himself rejected the calim stating its offroad as theres sand in the photo and that it happened in Badayer area. i tried explaining him how the accident happened and that i had the police report,in which it clearly states the reason of accident (as failure to stay in driving lane ) and the area is mentioned (as Asphalt / concrete ). He is unwilling to listen and rudely claims that the gps coordinate mentioned in the report is inside the desert, and the photo (where we parked for calling the police ) has sand surface.but u can see for yourself by entering these coordinates in google ,its Badayer retreat hotel. ( as the accident happened on its service road ).Now i cant understand what is the relevance of a police report if Emirates Insurance personnel decides that the accident happened somewhere else apart from that mentioned in report ( out of their coverage area )and rejects your claim. This is a classic example of bad faith and unlawful denial to make extra profit. How can u trust this company for your insurance needs ?
Reached here 1233 but had to wait! Knowing it's lunch time I walked in!! And for the motor survey when visited the backyard office no staff to attend and waiting again!! Time now 1345. And still waiting
