Today I went this El Nilein Bank for opening a new Bank account. It was a lovely & amazing experience. They work with realization. They collaborated with friendly. They smoothly delivered which I want. I really appreciate about El Nilein Bank.

Despite these issues, I still appreciate having access to this ATM machine when I need it. However, I hope that the bank responsible for this machine takes steps to address these concerns. Overall, while the machine may be a useful resource, there is definitely room for improvement to make it a more reliable and efficient tool for banking needs.

The worst bank in Abu Dhabi has ATMs that frequently malfunction, yet they still charge fees for using them. If I got paid every time their ATM didn't work, I'd be rich.

Very bad service, same as you in sudan. No responsibility, care about customer even no response from customer service. And thee worth thing they are the only bank in UAE don't have app.
"Dealing with the Dead" your calls will not be answered, people are sleeping at work place, incase you get lucky and they pick your call then they will make themselves busy and ask you to call back because they cant talk now. I dont even know why they exist here in UAE. Employees are spoiling bank's name and Sudan's reputation.

No body answer the phone. The rating is very low 2.7. The name in Arabic is wrong "Abu Dhabab".
Services are poor. ATM card can't be used to pay cashless stations.
Please correct the timing, exect time is 2pm and one more thing all staff is very arrogant you will come 30 minutes prior the they will not entertain.
