DIB IS MY FAVORITE BANK. MCC IS ALSO MY FAVORITE! I know that it is busy most of the time; however, the kindness and professionalism of every single member of their staff make me come back always. Why would I use the online service while we have professional kind and helpful staff available all the time. I can always adjust my time to their office hours. It’s not the end of the world if I do that. Special thanks to Ms. Raheel and Ms.Mahra for facilitating my service and giving me the right information as well as the best advice.
I went to get my manager’s check. The service was excellent. I got the Manager’s check within 10 minutes. It’s very seamless and easy process.

She was exceptionally professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. I’ve visited the branch a few times, and every time she remembers customers and handles everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s rare to find such consistent and high-quality customer service.

Today, I visited the DIB Bank Mirdif branch and was helped by an incredibly kind and dedicated bank manager. Before this, I had tried multiple times to resolve my issue through the online customer service and the bank’s customer service , but the experience was frustrating. The online customer service was inefficient, and the bank customer service staff seemed unwilling to help, often deflecting responsibility instead of solving the problem.
Luckily, the manager at the Mirdif branch Ms. Raheel Mohammed was extremely patient and professional. She went above and beyond, even staying past closing hours to assist us, and finally resolved the issue that had been troubling us for so long. Her attitude and service were a refreshing change compared to the earlier experiences I had with the customer service teams. I’m truly grateful for his help and highly recommend this branch.

I won't blame her but I'll absolutely blame the management that consider only one staff on busy Monday morning! The security tried to help asking the branch manager if he can assign another staff to help but he has rejected!!! That's not the first experience with same delay but this time has really a big impact on my day .. extremely frustrating..Not recommended

This is by far the worst customer service experience. Delays of 45 to 60 minutes have become routine, with poor coordination between the teller and customer service. In a developed country like the UAE, such substandard service is rarely seen.

I do not know why this was very bad behavior. They wasted my time for 3 days 👎🏻

I have been chasing this branch for a couple of days and was resisted in getting a legitimate service, which is encashment of a cheque, since there was an issue with a newly joined staff who was unable process it.
Until I solidly said that if I was not served, I would raise a complaint, so I was referred to Mr. Abdul Haq at that time, who promised to solve this issue, and he went himself to pass the transaction, but he seems to find a technical fault yaht did not allow him to finalise my issue, so he asked me to leave till I get a call from him.
Likely, I received a call next day confirming that my issue is resolved, but I need to meet him or the other manager if I came in another shift.
Today, I came at 02:40 PM, and asked about Mr. ABDUL Haq, so i was told Kamal os there as a replacement in the shift, so I kept waiting for him to be free as I was in queue waiting to reach my turn as 03 others were waiting for him.
At 03:07 PM, he asked me what my issue was, so I told him the full story, ehile I was taling to him he told the Security Guard to shut the queue machine, and not to give any tokens to any customers, then directly he told me that at 03:30 PM they change the shift, and I have to come back at 04:00 PM to take a token once they reopen to be served.
I told him that I came to the branch 27 minutes back waiting in queue to talk to you, so why shall I come back at 04:00 PM, instead of giving me the priority to have my service done since the issue is from your bank, and I'm in the branch prior time.
In a very cold language, Super Visor Kamal responded that if you want the service come after 04:00 PM, so I said I will not come back here, but I will raise this to your management, and will pit it as a review on Google, which it turn that it did not have any value to what I have said.
Anyhow, I just wanted to highlight that I have received the worst ever banking service in the entire life.

We waited for two hours just to obtain a liability letter, which is unacceptable for such basic requests

I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone looking for efficiency and reliability.
Very bad experience to visit this branch. First of all they having shifting change and the token given guy didn’t gave us token on 3:15pm. 2nd we came 4pm we got token i had only 11 token behind. Poor customer service. Only 2 counters and too much slow
