Horrible insurance company. They're straight up scamming you. They called me 50 times to ask me to change insurance companies, and they assured me they'd cover my cholesterol medication from day one, and it's signed and declared. The shock I got today was that they told me they wouldn't cover it for another six months. It's a scam. Any company is better than this one. They trick people, even if they pay six times more than any health insurance card.
I recently had an unfortunate experience with Dubai Insurance Company that I feel compelled to share. I was hoping for a smooth process, but instead, I encountered unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. From the outset, communication was lacking. Calls often went unanswered, and when I did manage to get through, the representatives seemed uninterested in resolving my concerns. There was a noticeable lack of knowledge about their own policies, which only added to my frustration. Additionally, the response times were extremely slow. I found myself repeatedly following up on the same issues, which only deepened my dissatisfaction. The lack of accountability made it challenging to feel confident in their service. Overall, I expected a higher standard from a company of this stature. Unfortunately, my experience with Dubai Insurance Company has been disappointing, and I would not recommend them based on their customer service. I hope they take these concerns seriously and work towards improving their approach in the future. never buy medical insurance from them
