Continental couriers are thorough professionals when it comes to courier services. I have been using their services way before coming to meet their owner, and my choice was not wrong. Being a highly professional person myself believing in value for money, having the service threshold kept higher, I weigh my vendors at the same level, too. While shortlisting the local Couriers, I came across Continental Couriers and decided to give them a try. To my surprise, it was a good value for money with impeccable customer service levels. With a heart & mind of a softskills trainer, at times I've also given some advice to their staff, which they've humbly accepted. This shows that the company is on the growth path.
When I met Umang ,I wasn't surprised, because an organisational culture is top down approach, this means what a leader would want, the company would become exactly that.

I recently used this delivery and the entire experience was a disaster from start to finish. The chocolates arrived completely melted and damaged, making them unusable. I tried calling their customer service multiple times, but no one answered. One of their riders, Ghulam, had promised a morning delivery, but he didn’t show up as agreed and stopped responding to both calls and WhatsApp messages. As a result, the box was delivered hours late and in terrible condition.
I had hoped this was just a one-time issue, but their total lack of responsiveness and professionalism suggests otherwise. Honestly, I won’t be using their services again. If you need to send anything fragile, perishable, or even remotely important, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I recently used this courier service twice, and both experiences were highly disappointing. During my first booking, they promised a 3:00 pm pickup, but despite repeated calls, there was no update until the rider finally arrived at 6:30 pm and he simply cited traffic as the cause of the delay.
I decided to give them another chance, thinking the delay might have been due to traffic. Unfortunately, my second experience was worse. I was told to have my package ready by 2:00 pm, yet by 6:00 pm, there was still no sign of a pickup or any updates. To make matters worse, the staff was unhelpful and rude when I reached out.
Overall, I’m very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I won’t be booking with them again.

They informed me upfront that the cost for urgent delivery will be 85 dhs, but did not ask me the postal code to crosscheck whether the destination is a remote area or not.

After collecting the courier and paying 85 dhs, I was informed that the destination is remote area so additional 120 dhs is applied.
I talked to the manager Salman as well who said Company is accepting the mistake from their side but they are not willing to do anything to rectify their mistake. Company makes a mistake, and customer still ends up paying extra. No remorse or attempt to fix the situation from the company.
Very unprofessional and I wont be using them again.

I contacted your company to schedule a pick-up. The staff member took all my details and informed me that there was a server issue (which seems to be a common occurrence with Continental). Instead of putting my call on hold, she began conversing with her colleague in either Tamil or Telugu. While she did apologize and promise to put me on hold, she ultimately disconnected the call. This behavior is not only rude but also highly unprofessional.
Please note that this is my second review, as I am expressing my dissatisfaction through a different account.
