Clearly you type on a laptop keyboard but if the keys are stuck it’s a defect not usage. Biggest insurance scam company I’ve come across in my 60 years on this planet. Please do not buy there products.

Bought their health insurance through TTB bank broker. I was admitted in hospital due to seasonal flue , high fever , extensive cough, and sore throat . The premium was around 900 bath per month which should cover OPD and IPD . I purchased the insurance for almost 2 months then. When the doctor suggested to admit , the hospital contacted them but they said that their waiting period for this plan is 180 days . Can you believe it ? 180 day !!!! . They informed be me to pay in advance and will reimburse after provided required document . Luckily I have another insurance which cover almost everything at the end . I had to pay around 3,400 bath out of my pocket . I tried to claimed this amount with CHUBB via local mail since they need original copy .i provided 1. Doctor certificate 2. Total bill and receipt 3. CHUBB claim form 4. My ID A week later I got message below from them requesting for much more. This is very frustrating. This would be much easier if they allow to claim directly at hospital at the first place . Please stay away from this company. หนีไปครับ โชคที่มีประกันหลายตัว

One month later I still didn't receive any documents so now I break the Traffic Laws by driving without documents. I telephoned them but no one speaks English and when they promised to call me back (I speak OK that language) they never called me back. Terrible customer service! If I have an accident the Thai police can put me in prison because of this!
