Sukoon truly justifies it's name, peace of mind. Recently I renewed my motor insurance with Sukoon for the second year. Initially was skeptical due to the slightly higher premium as compared to few others but I am glad I did not save a few bucks but truly bought peace of mind with them. My car went in for accidental repairs. The process was completely hassle free right from the time claim was reported till the vehicle was repaired. They kept me informed on every step and I was not required to do any follow up. Sukoon, you have a customer for life. Well done!

The only drawback was the inability to modify the vehicle coverage, which I felt was higher than the market rate. However, if they adhere to this coverage in the event of an accident, then it’s acceptable. Adjusting this could have made the quote even more competitive. Overall, I am satisfied and would recommend Sukoon to others.

I contacted customer service and they said that approval takes 24 hours. A patient who is in pain doesn't have to be in pain for 24 hours to get approval. This is a shortcoming on your part and on the part of the insurance company.      All the files required for the patient to obtain approval for the x-ray are available. There is no need for delay, please.

After filing a claim, they referred me to Al Arabia Auto Car Service, which turned out to be a terrible decision. The quality of the car repair was poor, and the service was unprofessional. Even worse, the garage team asked me to bring my own parts and pay for them out of pocket, promising reimbursement. It has been a long time now, and I have still not received my money back. Both Sukoon and the garage are unresponsive and keep passing responsibility between each other. This is completely unacceptable from a company that is supposed to make things easier during stressful times. I would not recommend Sukoon Insurance or Al Arabia Auto Car Service to anyone.

One representative provided a quote for my child that was more than double the price quoted for another child of nearly the same age. When questioned about this clear inconsistency, he simply claimed it was a "system calculation" and insisted there was nothing wrong. We followed up by checking with other insurance providers and confirmed that there was indeed a discrepancy. It became clear that this individual had no proper understanding of the process and offered no explanation—only dismissiveness and rude behavior. It's unfortunate that such a respected company allows this level of poor customer service to represent their brand.

The network coverage is extremely limited, and many of the well-known clinics and hospitals are not included, making it difficult for our staff to access quality healthcare when needed. What’s even more frustrating is that Vital Echo is more expensive than some competitors' plans that offer far better access and hospital networks. Unfortunately, we were not properly informed about the limitations of this network at the time of policy renewal. We strongly urge Sukoon to ensure transparency in network options and offer better value for the premium being paid.

Although we submitted all required documents in advance and promptly cleared the outstanding payment, our company’s health insurance policy (Naif Typing Services) remains unrenewed weeks after its expiry on 29 March 2025. This delay has caused serious inconvenience to our staff, many of whom were forced to pay out-of-pocket for medical treatment due to lack of coverage. Adding to the frustration, the network was downgraded from Vital to Vital Echo without informing us during the renewal process. We were not advised of the change or its implications. The current Vital Echo network has poor accessibility and extremely limited coverage, especially considering that it is more expensive than the plans offered by other insurance providers with better networks. We expected professionalism, transparency, and efficient service from Sukoon, but unfortunately, this experience has been highly frustrating and unacceptable.

At the time of surrendering the policy they acted as a beginner in the foreign currency market and got me the lowest rate which made me loose USD 1,600 which is 2.5% of the transaction. I am sure the response I will get here when they see my review is same as in the emails and the one by the complaint department. *Reply to your request to call: I have provided the policy number which related to that there are the correspondences. If I call back, what will be different? I already commented what should be improved. In any case, I will not wait for your improvement after my loss.

I had the worst experience with Sukoon Insurance while trying to renew my car insurance. I went to their website, got a quote, and made the payment. Everything seemed fine until the next day when I received a WhatsApp message from one of their representatives claiming that I needed to pay more—despite the fact that I paid exactly what was quoted on their website and via email! Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they tried to push the blame on me. Even worse, they refused to issue the policy and did not return my money, leaving me in limbo. I was stuck—unable to purchase a new policy elsewhere because they were holding my funds hostage. To make matters worse, their customer service completely stopped responding to my inquiries. This company is unprofessional, unreliable, and unethical. They take your money and then either delay or refuse to provide the service you paid for. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from Sukoon Insurance unless you want to deal with frustration, lost money, and zero customer support! #AvoidSukoon #TerribleService #InsuranceScam
