visited the branch last Thursday for a problem with my bank application log in and I was amazed and surprised by the professional customer service! really didn't expect that,, Thanks so much for all the staff starting from the security man to the relation manager who literally was out of his office most of the time asking and following with each customer about their problem. I also received a phone call the next day from the Bank asking if the application is running well. Proud of such improvements in customer service 👏🏾

Staff are good but the problem with the bank services most of the service not available so why they open branch here it’s better to close this branch because without benefits for the people are here

I called six times and there was no answer. Then I went to a branch in 4 hours to reach the branch, They could not attend my request , If they had simply answered the call I would not have suffered and wasted my time like is.
