I would Advice all Residents Not to Open Account With Bank Of Baroda, Once You open Account with this Bank You will feel That Your Decision to Open an Account with BOB was Wrong, Worlds Slowest Bank Award to This Bank, This Bank works on 1980's Platform and everyday you can not log in to ur Net Banking after 9 PM and Saturday, Sunday if You do FTS OR IPI Transfer Your Hard Earned Money will deduct and Stuck with Bank System, You Will Have to Beg Them to Get Back That Money, they have always maintenance without prior notice.... Very disappointed by the poor customer service of Bank of baroda Sharjah branch . Most of the staffs are very impolite and rude to customers . Especially Ms. Priyanka in account opening team of bank of baroda . I visited the branch in the office hours afternoon around 3 pm for the account opening for one of my employee. She responded saying that since morning she was doing account opening for the customer. Why am I coming at afternoon for the account opening . Then I literally requested her and convinced her saying that it’s only one employee account opening and ask her to do the needful . Secondly ,WPS team ask me to collect account number of our 12 new employees from her for the WPS purpose . She responded on phone call saying that she spent already lot of time for the account opening of our employees. It will be time consuming for her to give the account numbers of our new Bob employees and informed me to call each employee and collect account number by myself. Last time I visited bank in afternoon to collect atm card of our employee, she was asking me why am I coming in afternoon . I am supposed to come early .To collect the atm card of our employee, she asked me to give my emirates ID copy then I gave her my orginal EID then she responded saying that she will not take print out for my EID copy . I have to do it by myself. For a moment I got stucked with her response. What does it mean . I have to find the printer in the bank and do it by myself. As a customer, we are coming in office hours of Bank of baroda and staff are responsible to deal with the customers . The staff like her thinks that being rude to customer is the way to show their authority . They have slave mentality towards the customer. They aren’t working to serve customers instead they want customers to serve them

I contacted the Indian number and 0 support from there. Now, I am planning to open account in a different bank just because they cannot provide basic service. If I am dealing in UAE branches I want the branch to provide me service, not give me contact number and do everything by my own.

I have had the worst experience ever- it took 2 months to open the bank account when they told me it will take 2-3 weeks and once the account opened, I didn’t receive any email or anything. When I requested for a welcome email as proof, they said I would be charged for this! Because of the issues surrounding this bank, my business has been paused. All the staff are very rude and no one really knows what’s happening or going on. Whenever I go to the bank, there are customers complaining and shouting. That’s when I understood it’s not just me, it’s every customer. There are no records or databases or anything, it is a complete mess. Everything is handled in an ancient way. Waiting to get out of this after 6 months.

Almost 6 days they made me visit their office for account opening of our employees still they couldn’t do it . They wasted not only my time but also our employees which resulted in loss of pay .So I sought the help of another bank and open WPS account for my employees .

Shockingly, i have never witnessed such low level of customer service specially from the managerial level. the worst part is, if the branch management is so impolite and unprofessional, i can understand the policies and work ethics of the top management. even after receiving so much negative feedbacks by the branch, still no one from any level of management is bothered to improve. if the management is really serious about the service level, they can connect with me and accordingly incident with evidence can be shared with them'.

Worst banking service. Funfact: it's 2022 while I'm posting this review, but i feel they are in 1970s.... So poor service and online part of it is still in the stone ages .. There are employees in different sectors, who are forced to use this bank as their salary account, because of these bank's alliance or some relation with the employers. Sadder reality: For an online banking application customers will have to personally go to the bank and wait. My thoughts and prayers to the existing customers and the new ones to enroll.

Poor customer services. If you have an account here, you should probably consider migrating it to elsewhere. I have dealt with couple of Indian banks and they have been providing excellent service. So I don't think its fair to narrow it down to the nation
