Since last two weeks I applied for new company account until date no any update from Dubai branch today I visited the Dubai branch. Branch manager she asked me to wait in the waiting area after waiting 20 minutes the branch doors closed for the day then the security asked me if I need any help then I said branch manager asked me to wait for her he informed me she already left for the day I am dealing with other banks more than 20 years I never faced such issue
It’s bad experience here at AAIB .when ever i came here at the costumer service they are not working good. I always wait more than half an hour for nothing and the employees have not good behavior as well.
Worst bank ever Either Dubai or Madinaty branchs Simple task like update account information or issue debit card take months with no luck No one work just keep pushing tasks to other people in the end nothing happen Even customer service Keep asking us as clint to check with other branches or DHL to check where is the depit card that take them 4 months to deliver Update my account information start last December till now nothing happen and the account now blocked due to no updating went to Dubai branch mor than 5 times sign many documents And the result nothing If I can' give them 0 stars I will do it
The do not answer calls and if you lucky and they answer they will transfer the call to the counter who will not answer😁 No follow up at all like to call you back or update you or to send you emails. I been trying for more than 10 days to update an account. This branch need a magic stick or a new management.
I am really surprised that this bank is still operating! they are scammers and thieves…. Back in 2008 i got my car on loan with them and their policy forced me to insure with The Coop insurance and when i had my car accident! the insurance co closed their doors as their CEO ran away with clients money and that bank take his hands off from any responsibility. Not only that they claimed that they gave me insurance money and deposited into my account which is untrue.. they can forge anything. I am still in court for my case and i will ensure that their doors are closed and save people from such scammers
The worst bank ever, I regret dealing with them. No professionality at all, they are not able to provide any service for Egyptian branches accounts from Dubai branch however they can only open accounts and accept money transfer with the lowest change rate but no other services. My cheques must be rejected due to signature however my signatures are the same for 300 cheques only because rejecting will have a fee of 40 EGP per cheque. If you want a peace in mind, don't deal with aaib. I give 1 star only because no zero star for rating.
The worst bank in the world almost 10 days i open account in Arkan branch since 31st of January and till today my account has a block i can use it and they took my money simply thats it without any respond from them
Arab African International Bank is the worst bank in the world. They have terrible customer support, unable to answer calls, and incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs!
very bad customer service and i highly not recommend the bank… customer service department lost my original debite card sent for replacement and wasted my time with excuses for 5 weeks formal complaint sent to head office…
I cant reach Cairo branch for review, but in short its worst bank I've dealt with. it took my 4 days for my family to get cash. will never use again.
