Undoubtedly the best travel insurance in UAE, because of this insurance I could save a lot on my loss on missed flight and trip cancellation. This MooPet pet insurance policy was a complete disappointment and utterly ineffective. The company consistently denied essential claims using flimsy excuses, such as labeling standard treatments as "pre-existing" or "experimental" without clear evidence. The claims process was a frustrating, bureaucratic nightmare with endless delays, and customer service was unhelpful, offering no meaningful resolution. The policy provided zero value, leaving me to cover all costs out of pocket. I strongly advise pet owners to avoid this insurer and seek providers with better coverage and service.
Terrible experience with their MooPet pet insurance policy. They refuse to cover surgery for a swallowed object obstructing his stomachs because the pet happened to have swallowed a bone in his past, treating it as a pre-existing condition. Laughable and depressing waste of money.
Terrible Experience – Misleading Policy & Unhelpful Service I had a horrible experience with Alliance Insurance. My flight was delayed for 7 hours, and they were completely unaccommodating. Their policy is misleading—you have to spend out of pocket and jump through hoops just to get any compensation. Even when I called on the day of the delay, they refused to clarify the fine print. It feels like they make it as difficult as possible to claim what you're entitled to. A complete waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!
Their MOOPET insurance is the worst insurance and I don’t recommend it at all for anyone who has pet. They try all they can to get your money and not to pay you. I am still waiting for alliance insurance response regarding the complaint I placed for a small reimbursement for a bacterial issue that there is no way on plant earth to be called a preexisting condition . They are relating “symptoms” of different conditions and relating them to each other and call it a preexisting condition. My healthy pet had an issue with a new food I bought for him prior to this and for sometime was having vomiting and diahrea related to it . The vet could not discover any reason till he just asked me : have you changed his food recently and I said yes he told me to stop the food and after I stopped it he recovered. Till now there is no preexisting condition . For the issue he had the vet recommended a gastroscopy which we did but the MOOPET called the condition a presxisitjng condition and did not reimburse the gastroscopy . Till here it was fine as I did the insurance mid course of this issue. Now after almost a year passing of this story my pet got a bacterial condition for which his doctor prescribed an antibiotic and he is fine now. As he had diahrea they called it a preexisting condition relating the symptom to the previous matter. How on earth a symptom like diahrea with 2 totally different back ground is a disease and is a preexisting condition ? It is like when we as human cough or get diahrea with different reasons to be stamped as someone with preexisting condition !!!! Also if no diagnosis with it’s relevant code has been placed on the pet condition there is no condition existing as there was no disease. But after complaint and reaching no where the MOOPET refered me to their provider who is Alliance . They requested the history which was emailed to them almost a month ago and so far no one got back to me or refunded me on my claim. Useless and loss of money . The pet insurance exists that we can take care of our loved pets like ourselves not to donate money to an organization …. I find it a shame on Alliance

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with alliance car insurance. A few months ago, I accepted their settlement offer and transferred my vehicle to their name, trusting that they would fulfill their obligations promptly. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive the compensation that was promised. Despite numerous follow-ups, there has been no clarity on the status of my payment, which is not only frustrating but unacceptable. Communication has been lacking, and I feel my concerns have not been treated with the seriousness they deserve. I expected better service from a reputable company. I hope my review encourages better performance and accountability in the future.
Very poor experience with their pet insurance (Moopet). Policy is designed to make it impossible to claim…and none of this is explained at the time of purchase. These are hidden away in small print somewhere, which they throw in your face when you want to claim. Would not recommend.
Moo Pet cover provided by Alliance is a scam, they find ridiculous excuses not to pay for claims and increase the annual fee out of nowhere every year claiming the cost of medicine etc is going up but since they don't pay for most of the claims I don't see how this effects them honestly. Judging by this experience I would be very cautious when it comes to taking any kind of policy from this company.
I would advise exercising caution when considering Alliance Insurance for your insurance needs. Unfortunately, a recent incident involving my colleague's relative during a visit to Dubai under Alliance Insurance Inbound Travel revealed a concerning experience. Despite comprehensive coverage, the insurance company rejected the claim after the patient's demise, citing a preexisting condition. Contrary to this, the doctor's report indicates that the disease was recently detected and diagnosed in Dubai. Additionally, the repatriation amount was inexplicably denied, despite the absence of any relevant clauses. The policy number associated with this matter is ITL/4928095/AE2023.
This insurance group is piece of scam/****, the information provided on the document will differ when you raise a claim; saying you're not eligible for this/that. Never go with this company and refrain yourself from getting an insurance. This company to be removed under appropriate act.
please do not use these guys. moo pet comes under them i took an insurance for my cat and these guys rejected the claim using the terms which are unrelated to the condition of my cat. they claim a regular health check up is required which i understand. but what if my cat falls sick after and health check up was fine. what is the relation. my poor cat was hospitalized for days and these guys refused to pay out on the basis of their terms which was totally unrelated to my cats condition. they are very casual and delayed in their response time and also very nonchalant. please refrain from signing up with these guys
Im warning you, please don't sign up with them. They will drain you once you start using the insurance. They will reject and ask for insane premiums. DHA needs to review them and im happy to know brokers are not using them due to their horrible customer service,
Please DONOT buy insurance from this company especially travel insurance. They never cover anything when it is time to claim even if the case is emergency. They do not follow what is written on the policy. You will only waste your money and time. They will give a lot of reasons so they can reject your claim. Be careful, this is fraud.
THEY ARE A SCAM! My father came here on a visit visa and had to be rushed one day to the emergency. The insurance gave us a bait of admitting him to their network of hospitals and when the time came for approvals... THEY PULLED THE PLUG ON US. Doctors furnished their report with no conclusive evidence that the 1st time symptoms were linked with the pre -existing conditions. However to suit their monetary benefit, they conveniently linked the 2 (Symptoms & pre conditions) to validate their denial. SHAME ON YOU GUYS! Well-done on fleecing your clients money. Their icing on the cake were their 2 so call customer service agents who were lazy, none cooperative, repetitive and had no remorse to us who were dealing with a family medical emergency. All the best to you guys.... in cheating your customers. Don't bother approaching me in taking back my review. You are a disgrace.
