Please avoid this Motor Insurance Company. They are hard to contact and no body will contact or update you about your claims. Most of the time they will not pick up the calls specially the Mussafah Abu Dhabi Branch.
Unprofessional and Disappointing Experience My experience with Al Sagr Insurance has been nothing short of frustrating. I trusted their network for a vehicle repair claim, and it turned into a nightmare that has lasted over 2 months with no resolution in sight. Here’s what I faced: • They assigned Apex Garage, which handled the repair extremely poorly. • No transparency or updates were shared throughout the process. • Despite my continuous follow-ups, Al Sagr failed to intervene effectively or provide clear answers. • My car was handed back twice in unsafe condition, leading to further damage and a complete breakdown just a day after collection. • I was left stranded on the highway, paid for recovery services, and had to replace 3 damaged tires at my own expense. • I’ve been forced to rent a car for two months, and no compensation or accountability has been offered so far. This whole experience has caused me mental stress, financial loss, and a complete loss of trust in Al Sagr’s service and network. 🚫 I strongly do not recommend Al Sagr Insurance to anyone looking for reliable or professional insurance support. Very disappointing experience. This was a company vehicle used for daily operations, and after an accident 20 days ago, we have received no response from the insurance company. We’ve called and emailed several times, but no one has followed up or even acknowledged our claim. This lack of communication and care has disrupted our business operations and caused unnecessary stress. An insurance company should be dependable in critical times — unfortunately, that hasn’t been our experience.
If there was a negative star I would give it to Al sagr national insurance company!!!! They are just the worse ever to deal with Their business development manager is so rude, and when you discuss with him he yells at you and says that you are not important to them at all and that you should call them only when he allows you to call!!! Imagine the service. Really they should close. Please don't deal with them, they are disrespectful
I had a truly horrible experience with Al Sagr National Insurance Company in the UAE while trying to set up group insurance for my company staff. From start to finish, the service was unprofessional, unresponsive, and incredibly frustrating. Their agent was completely unhelpful and rarely, if ever, responded to calls or emails. It felt like I was chasing them constantly, and when I did get through, I was met with vague answers and zero urgency. Customer service is clearly not something they value or even understand. Despite making full payment on time, there were unreasonable delays in activating the insurance, which left our staff without coverage when they needed it. For a company dealing with people’s health and wellbeing, this kind of neglect is unacceptable. Reaching out for urgent queries or emergencies? Forget about it. You're met with silence or endless transfers with no resolution. Every step of the process was slow, disorganized, and stressful. If you’re looking for reliable insurance services, I highly do not recommend Al Sagr Insurance. Their lack of communication, inefficiency, and poor handling of client needs make them one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with in the UAE.
It's a frustrating experience dealing with this Insurance Company. I've tried calling them for the past five months, but the phone goes unanswered. They never respond to emails. How do their clients get the service? I am a third party, our property got extremely damaged. I've shared the police report and everything required, but I have never received any response from them. Al Sagar is surely the worst one has to deal with. Am not surprised by the kind of reviews found here. Very Sad in this day and Era of so much competition.
Very Bad Insurance Company. Not Recommend to anyony. Their Customer care number is busy everytime.once we request to call back, ( I requested to call back on 21st March 2025 ) they are calling after 2 weeks ( Called on today 4th April ) 😡

Its very worst company i never have seen before like that I am very upset with the service in general, starting with the garage which he is dealing with me its very bad which is gave me 10 days for prepare my car and there is delay of a month in repairs, and customer service is very bad, not responding to calls. I am affected by a liter accident of a month, and I received a car with problems after a month of lying and untruthfully handling by the competent garage.
Worst insurance company My 6 months old car got damaged and the tail gate bent completely. Service advisor submitted quote for replacement but even after 2 times resubmitting, the insurance rejected and approved only repair . These people don’t care anything but just want insurance premium. Even after multiple emails I didn’t receive replacement car allowance even its there in my policy. Nobody is replying on email and phone. I also blame chevy showroom for cheating by choosing this poor customer service insurance company for new vehicles. My honest advice to all. DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM AL SAGR
Very bad and disappointing insurance company, I would not recommend to anyone On Saturday, January 11, my car was involved in an accident. Since my insurance policy with Qatar Insurance is third-party, I was instructed to contact the other party’s insurer, Al Sagar National Insurance. On Monday, January 13, I reached out to Al Sagar National Insurance, and they instructed me to take my car to Domino Garage and they supposed to provide a recovery vechile to take my car but they didn’t, I had to take the car on my expense, once at Domino garage, the car was later assigned to Abdul Hafidh Al Jassmi Garage – Dubai, where it was delivered on Thursday, January 16. Since then, the garage has refused to provide any details about the damages or the repairs that will be carried out. When I followed up, Mr. Abbas Khan, the responsible person at the garage, assured me that the car would be ready by Saturday, February 1, or at the latest, by Monday, February 3. However, on Wednesday , February 5, I visited the garage and found that my car was still in the same condition, with no work done claiming Material is ordered but delayed I contacted Al Sagar National Insurance and requested to have my car moved to another garage. They assured me that their claims team would call me back, but I never received any follow-up. On Thursday, I received communication from the garage that they started working on the car however on Friday, February 7, received a call from the garage stating that the insurance company had stopped the repair work. When I contacted Al Sagar National Insurance, they said they had no information about this and provided no explanation. As of today, my car has been at the garage for over almost a month with no progress or communication from either the garage or the insurance company Attached is a photo of my Car after 3 weeks from when it reached the garage assigned by this insurance
The staff's behavior is disrespectful, especially Mr. Nasser. I sat there from 8 am until 10 am, and in the end he said to me, "What can I do for you? I can't do anything for you." On top of that, his treatment of me was bad. I am asking for my rights from you, don't beg. Their treatment is bad and they don't give you your rights. Their garages are also bad at repair. They don't fix your car. It's also good. They didn't give you the price for the damages that you get.
I had a terrible experience with them. After initially communicating with them on WhatsApp, they completely stopped responding once I sent the police report. I’ve been trying to contact them by phone, but no one ever picks up. What’s the point of having a contact number if you don’t respond to customers? Al Sagr insurance company selected a bad garage Motor Tek Maintanence workshop in Sharjah for my car. I left my car in the garage for more than one week and the repair of bumper was not done correctly and they did not paint the car after repair. And claimed repair is complete. Horrible work.
Extremely poor response rate and service. Please don’t make the mistake of getting insurance through this company. The only way you can contact this company is by visiting the office, all other numbers simply exist. No one ever picks up, no one ever calls back. Absolutely pathetic.
