What reply no problem just show uae pass or passport and they will raise my concern . cuz the first time the delivery boy came he said only ids and he lef i dont recieve parcel atm alhilal. Now its april 21,2025 i driver came same issue i face . On March 8, 2025 I initiated an international transfer to my personal bank account in the Philippines using the bank's online platform. However, after several days, the funds had not been received. Subsequent inquiries with the bank revealed that the transfer had failed due to an unknown error on the part of the intermediary service.
This experience has not only caused me financial stress but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability and efficiency of the international transfer service offered by AL HILAL BANK, The lack of transparency and accountability in handling such transactions is unacceptable, and it has tarnished my trust in AL HILAL BANK
I urge AL HILAL BANK to address this issue promptly and provide a clear explanation for the failed transfer. Additionally, I expect a full refund of the transfer amount along with compensation for the inconvenience and time wasted in attempting to rectify this matter.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service at your Nadd Al Hamar branch. My sister, currently on vacation, urgently needed a stamped bank statement. She provided me with an authorization letter and copies of both our Emirates IDs to obtain this on her behalf.
Despite presenting these documents, I was denied assistance by both the staff and the manager. Moreover, I was not allowed to communicate directly with the staff and had to relay information through a security guard. This raises concerns about the professionalism and communication standards at your branch.
Additionally, I observed the security guard engaged in personal phone calls, neglecting incoming customers. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your institution.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Al Hilal Bank to others. The lack of assistance during critical times is deeply disappointing.
