One of the worst experience i have ever had with insurance company as i insured my car with them because this the offer i had from the showroom of my new car then i had a small accident and from almost one week they cant give approval and they can't provide me a car because there is no approval and no is answering or telling me when it will be approved even they are given me direct extensions for the one handling my case and still no answer and when iam calling the call centre always saying he or she will give you a call back but still nothing iam receiving

My wife paid for insurance from this company before the car she was trying to buy passed its RTA test , regardless of this the staff sold her the insurance. The car failed to pass the RTA test so she could not purchase the car. After asking about refund of the insurance payment she was told that she needed a form from RTA before they would refund at a cost of 120 AED, the this company charge 121 AED admin fee plus 20% of policy total. This is put sand out theft and people need to be aware of their outrageous charges
