I've car insurance with them. Today, I called them to take my broken car, I just called them, and after 45 minutes, the tow truck took my car freely to Musafah.

I would like to share some recent Operating Experience (OE) for a not-at-fault motor/auto claim . In my humble opinion, ADNIC is great if you never have to use it for a claim. The deal offered by our company, ENEC, for ADNIC insurance is excellent and cannot be beat. However, a reduction in insurance premium is not the only thing that matters when choosing an insurance provider. ADNICโs customer service is horrendous, and their response time to my emails and calls is subpar. I have been dealing with them for the past few weeks, and I am no closer to receiving a response to my questions and inquiry. All they do is feed you false promises and statements resembling empathy to make you feel as if you or your concern matters.
I would NOT recommend this company. Better to use other companies such as Liva, GIG, Sukoon, etc.,
Their final quote is 250% of their initial one. I think this is deceptive business practice at the least, if not worse. If their insurance service is as bad as their quotes, I suggest to stay away from this company.

I hope the company looks into improving their customer service and communication processes. I am now considering seeking further assistance through the appropriate legal channels.

Next day i called and they said there was a missing document which the call center agent first and second one didn't notice..
This cause my car to be parked until eid , in addition they don't have specific team to receive complaints when i tried to call again and raise complain. It seems the only way to raise the complain through google reviews.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!! Avoid like a plague. Customer helpline is ALWAYS busy, Iโve tried to call them on 10+ occasions, always waited for more than 30 mins and then I gave up. Their claim handlers are incompetent to even read the claim date and dismisse
