The branch manager - Ahmed Diab was incredibly knowledgeable and provided me with relevant information about your products and services. The customer service - Amr Batista was very friendly, courteous, and very helpful, which made me feel welcomed and well-taken care of.
The branch was tidy, comfortable, and well-organized, which shows how much effort your team is putting in to ensure quality service to customers despite the pandemic.

All the other banks allow many services in seconds online through the application. Here If you want to decrease the limit of your credit card you have to stay in such a line. Will probably cancel this covered card with all this murabaha weird contracts

I expected courteous assistance, but instead, I felt insulted and unheard. It鈥檚 frustrating to encounter such a lack of basic customer service skills at a teller counter. I urge the bank鈥檚 HR department to ensure that frontline staff are properly trained in communication and customer service to prevent such negative experiences in the future.

I have no clue how he is on this job until now! he takes other customers who are not on the system while customers who are registered and waiting for his mersey. then he promises to issue a cancellation request for a credit card, when i returned back he says call the call center for cancellation and starts by yelling and guves angry looks very bad service
