My waiting period was cut short by this wonderful/helpful staff Azra. She helped me a lot as I was to deal with large amount of cash to be deposited in my account.

I asked him to check transactions in January and he told me he will not check that far in my account. He told me to call Adcb Mobile customer service. ADCB should give explanations on what’s happening to their customers account and even if it can’t be solved that day, the staff should be more polite about it. ADCB should be able to protect the customer and its services. Thank you

One person manages so many customers in peak hours. So many stranded customer were there siting inside and standing outside
